Our meetings are on the
second Thursday of every months at Marion's Piazza restaurant located across
from the Dayton Mall,
8991
Kingsridge Drive.
This is the same location we
used to meet at. They only accept CASH. No credit cards or checks.
Our meeting times are from 6:30 to 8 PM and we usually eat dinner prior to the meeting, 5:30 to 6:30 PM. You can enter your address below and Google will provide you with complete directions, visitors are welcome! We do not meet during the summer months of June, July and August. Our Christmas party takes the place of our December meeting.
Stick around after the meeting if you like and talk DX, BS or just shoot the breeze!!
Meeting Programs
April's meeting will be a little different from our normal meeting. We are privileged to have Matt Young, son of John Young, K8BA, as our guest presenter. Matt has been to the base camp of Mt. Everest and has some excellent pictures and stories of his experience on his trip to Nepal in 2010. This will not be a ham focused presentation. However, knowing that DXers have a higher than average knowledge of the geo-political aspects of life on planet Earth, I expect this program to be highly educational, informative and entertaining. You should consider inviting other members of your family, or maybe even some of your friends who have their "heads in the clouds," so to speak! We will meet at Marions near the Dayton Mall at the normal time, April 12th. C U there.
