Membership Application
Here is your opportunity to be a member of the organization that sponsors the DX Forum at the Dayton Hamvention® the largest attended forum of the entire convention; sponsors the annual DX Dinner® during Hamvention weekend, a premier gathering of DXers from around the world; presents the annual DXPedition of the Year® and encourages more and better DX through its programs and support of DXpeditions world-wide. Dues are only $20.00 the first member of a family plus 10% rounded to the nearest dollar (currently $2.00) for each additional family member. Dues are payable on the date of the January meeting and are valid for one year.

To pay dues by mail, mail a completed application along with a check (made out to SWODXA) or money order payable in U.S. funds to:
